FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • NO EXTRA GUESTS
    NO EXTRA GUEST unless they are being serviced or they are a minor, they can be accompanied by a parent or an escort.
  • COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
    Due to COVID-19 all clients MUST wear a mask up entering the studio and sanitize your hands. Makeup appointment clients can remove their mask entirely for the sake of the service, However brow and lash appointments can keep their masks on. All tools, chairs, and equipment used during services are sanitized and cleaned thuroughly between clients.
  • SERVICE LOCATION

  • SERVICE GUARANTEE
    Once a service is performed in-studio the artist is no-longer liable for the wear time of the application. IF the client has any mishaps i.e where the makeup is wiped off or smudged due to a hair appointment, etc. You can call me directly at 313-800-1766 to see if I can fit you back in to fix the issue OR you can email me prior to the appointment to inquire about my day rates.
  • OFF HOURS & EARLY MORNINGS
    Sundays I work on a limited schedule, and Mondays are NOT a scheduled work day for me. Mondays and appointments scheduled before 8am will incur a $25 upcharge for the appointment. **Please note that Fridays and Saturdays I start at 6am.**
  • BOOKING CALENDAR
    All Individual appointments can be booked 60 days in advance. If there is a date you are looking for outside of that date please email me to check availability I will get back to you within 48 hours. Bridal services and large parties are the only exception. These services are booked differently.
  • NO CALL / NO SHOW / SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS
    No call/ No show and same day cancellation appointments are considered the same. IF you call less than 24 hours of your booked appointment the remaining balance of the service is due and will be AUTO-DEDUCTED from the card you booked your initial appointment with (UNLESS otherwise discussed). Clients that do not show up to booked appointments will be charged the remaining balance owed, and blocked from making any future appointments.
  • CELL PHONE USAGE
    PLEASE refrain from using your phone during your makeup session unless there is an emergency.
  • RETAINERS
    ALL RETAINERS paid go towards your service and are NONREFUNDABLE. In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment booked you can do so once using the same retainer paid. In the event that I personally have to cancel (due to an emergency) your appointment a FULL refund will be issued from the paymernt method of your originally booked with.
  • LATE POLICY
    Please understand that tardiness can be very crucial to your appointment and my scheduling constraints. Please try to be on time! In the event that you are late, a late fee of $15 will incur for every 10 minutes you are NOT physically in my chair. IF you are more than 20 MINUTES LATE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED (NO EXCEPTIONS), AND the remaining balance is due for the service scheduled.
  • RETAINERS
